Final Project

When I read "The Golden Compass" by Philip Pullman, I realized a lot of his writing was centered around the North Pole. He talked about how harsh the conditions there are, and often used it as a metaphor for trouble, however he always described the North Pole as pleasing to the eye. So it got me thinking about hidden beauty, and the beauty of the North Pole. My project is focused on beauty, and how it can be found anywhere.
